Jack’s Getaway — Integrated Living
Concept:
Jack’s Getaway brings together the full range of his sustainable building and systems experience at a small, retirement-scale. The centerpiece is the Integrated Utility Unit (IUU) — a compact 4’x 8’ or 3’x 6’ footprint unit that provides all utilities needed for livability, making the overall footprint small without sacrificing function. It is Jack’s proof of concept that can be duplicated by others or used in disaster settings.
The Integrated Utility Unit (IUU) includes:
